SanTaku is FujiTV's annual New Year's Day special hosted by Sanma and Kimura Takuya.

Sanma and Kimura discuss various celebrities that have overcome difficulties and staged a comeback, and talk to two of them: Krumm-Date Kimiko and Steven Tyler. They play baseball against the kid's team Kamaishi Dream Eastern. The show wraps up with Kimura singing Egao no Manma.140m11E11SanTaku 2013The theme of this year's SanTaku is "Men and Women". Various female talents discuss their frustrations about men with Sanma and Kimura. Sanma also chooses for the two to try waterfall training. The show wraps up with Kimura singing Sanma's requested song: Anta.140m12E12SanTaku 2014The theme of this year's SanTaku is "The One" in honor of Japan hosting the 2020 Olympics. Sanma and Kimura compete in golf (via simulator), wrestling, and archery against future gold medalists: elementary and middle school aged athletes. Sanma also wants to create a song based off a jingle he sang repeatedly during his most recent appearance on SMAPxSMAP. The show wraps up with Kimura and Sanma performing the finished product: Tomato Juice Da Yo~n.120m13E13SanTaku 2015Kimura's chosen activity is making Sanma sing on stage with him during SMAP's Mr. S concert, while Sanma chooses to draw and play around with LEDs. The two also have their genes tested to check their learning ability, physical ability, and sensitivity, followed by going shopping at a second hand clothes store. Later, the two visit places used in famous scenes from their respective breakout dramas "Seven Men and Women, Summer Story" and "Long Vacation".
